Streaming platforms are notorious for their lack of transparency, allowing them to quote numbers that are tough to verify. Ormax Media, a media consulting firm, however, has been tracking viewership figures of the top releases across major platforms.

Here’s a list of the most-viewed shows and movies from the Indian streaming space between October 9th and October 15th, 2023. The numbers are estimates based within India, and only include Hindi streaming releases. 

1. Mumbai Diaries Season 2 - Amazon Prime Video

Views (million): 5.0

The second season of Mumbai Diaries has been streaming on Amazon Prime Video from October 6th. The medical staff of Bombay Genral Hospital deal with the flood of 26th July in Mumbai.

2. Sultan Of Delhi - Disney+ Hotstar

Views (million): 4.2
