It's like Student Of The Year but make-it-geek. Mismatched on Netflix is a Campus-Series, and like the Campus Novel genre it's filled with self-realizations, witticisms, nostalgia, and ambition.

Rishi (Rohit Saraf, who after The Sky Is Pink, and the upcoming Ludo, is back on the Netflix home-turf) introduces himself to Dimple (Prajakta Koli) as her future husband and she empties her container of coffee/tea/brown liquid onto him. She's ambitious, he's a romantic; they're both college students. The stereotypes are set, to only be broken. This plays out against the background where teams are competing to make the best app for a reputed internship; Rishi and Dimple are paired up.

An Indian YouTuber known for her observational humour, this is Koli's first big role since her short film Khayali Pulao. The large cast also includes Vihaan Samat, Taaruk Raina, Kritika Bharadwaj, Rannvijay Singha, Muskkaan Jaferi, Devyani Shorey and Abhinav Sharma.

Directed by Akarsh Khurana and Nipun Dharmadhikari, produced by RSVP, the series premieres on Netflix on November 20th.
