Amala Paul who plays the lead role in Cadaver has turned producer with this film. The trailer opens with a recorded voice note being played – "I have told him all that I have done and what I am going to do next. If you can, stop me," threatens the man, who appears to be a killer on the loose. The trailer also hints that he has probably revealed all his crimes and future plans during a confession of his sins. This becomes the central clue for a criminal investigation.

Amala Paul then narrates a small story about Sydney Smith, a pathologist. In the 1920s, the pathologist uses only three bones from the corpse to identify the victim's gender, that the girl was handicapped and was shot to death. There seems to be an unknown connection between that case and the one Amala Paul is dealing with now.

She is specialized in forensics and is well known for closing several cases. We are then shown a few cases and how she reveals some shocking details using her forensic skills. While we do not know which case is the important one, or if it is a series of murders, we learn that the man who sent the threatening message earlier on is the person the police are trying to nab.

The trailer has the words "Every corpse confides to a chosen listener", and Amala Paul seems to prove this statement metaphorically, as she tells towards the end of the video that she can find out all details about the girl named Angel if she can at least get four bones from her corpse.

This forensic thriller releases on Disney+ Hotstar on August 12 in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
