Chhorii On Amazon Prime Video Trailer Talk: A Pregnant Nushrratt Bharuccha’s Horror Escapade

Full of creepy sounds, like a wolf's howl, the grinding of a chakki, a lone drop from a handpump, the static from a radio, the clinking of rusting chains, giggling demented kids, Chhorrii invites us into the lap of horror. 

Nushrratt Bharuccha plays an 8-month pregnant woman who, in looking for a retreat, gets stuck in the middle of a sugarcane field where deep, dark secrets are aching to be revealed.  The film also stars Mita Vasisht, Saurabh Goyal, Rajesh Jais, Pallavi Ajay, and Yaaneea Bharadwaj. Chhorii is a remake of the Marathi film Lapachhapi (2017), also directed by Vishal Furia. 

Written by Vishal Furia (Criminal Justice) and Vishal Kapoor, directed by Furia, produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Vikram Malhotra, Jack Davis, Shikhaa Sharma and Shiv Chanana, Chhorii premieres on Amazon Prime Video on 26th November.
