Criminal Justice 2 On Disney+Hotstar Trailer Talk: Pankaj Tripathi Reprises The Money Minded Lawyer Defending Kirti Kulhari

Kirti Kulhari who played a lawyer in Four More Shots Please, streaming on Amazon Prime, is in need of a lawyer in Criminal Justice. She plays Anu Chandra, who confesses to murdering her own husband. Pankaj Tripathi plays the lawyer fighting this sisyphean battle of defending a woman who doesn't want to be defended. 

This is the second season of the Criminal Justice franchise, but disconnected from the first season which starred Pankaj Tripathi, Vikrant Massey, Jackie Shroff, Anupriya Goenka. Pankaj Tripathi playing the money-hungry lawyer Madhav Mishra, and Anupriya Goenka as Lawyer Nikhat Hussain seem like the only tethers. Jisshu Sengupta and Shilpa Shukla are new additions as well. 

Directed by Rohan Sippy and Arjun Mukherjee, the series releases on Disney+Hotstar on December 24, in time for the Christmas streaming war- AK VS AK from Netflix, Coolie No.1 from Amazon Prime, and Criminal Justice from Disney+Hotstar.
