Martin Teaser: Dhruva Sarja Wreaks Havoc As An Indian Prisoner In Pakistan

The teaser of Dhruva Sarja's pan-Indian action blockbuster Martin was released on February 23. The actor was last seen in the controversial Pogaru (2021) and is seen continuing his streak in the action genre. Written by Action King Arjun Sarja, the film is set in a prison in Pakistan. A voiceover announces the arrival of a violent prisoner being transferred. "And the most dangerous thing is… he's Indian," says a General.

We see glimpses of violence and bloodshed before the entry of the actor. Punches, guns, grenades and even a fiery tank is shown in short glimpses, framed and lit with beautiful frames from cinematographer Satya Hegde and edited with high-octane cuts by Praveen K Gowda. We then finally see Dhruva Sarja entering the prison, being dragged in chains to the rousing music of Ravi Basrur (he has provided music for the teaser, while Mani Sharma is the music director).

The rest of the two-and-a-half minute teaser shows the various action set pieces choreographed by ace action director K Ravi Varma and his team. It also introduces the characters essayed by Nikitin Dheer, Anveshi Jain, Achyuth Kumar and Malavikaa Avinash.

Martin is directed by AP Arjun and it is his second collaboration with Dhruva Sarja after the latter's debut Addhuri (2012). The film is produced by Uday K Mehta under Vasavi Enterprises.
