Screw Dheela Teaser: Tiger Shroff Packs More Than a Punch

Tiger Shroff makes his dhamakedar entry in the teaser of his upcoming film Screw Dheela with some mind boggling stunts. The three-minute long teaser begins with Shroff  getting beaten up and introducing himself as Akhilesh Mishra, a PT teacher. At this point, a video plays in which a silhouette of a woman, whispering "Johnny" is heard. It's enough to galvanise our PT teacher hero into action. For the rest of the teaser, Shroff is seen pulling off his trademark physics-defying stunts. Even a machete being plunged into his shoulder doesn't slow him down. From the manic gaze that Shroff delivers at the end of the trailer, we can deduce that the "screw dheela" of the title refers to Shroff's character. When Shroff shared the trailer on his Instagram, he wrote, "punches hain tight par iska screw dheela hain" [The punches are tight but his screws are loose]. 

Directed by Shashank Khaitan (Humpty Sharma ki Dulhania, Badrinath ki Dulhania), Screw Dheela also stars Rashmika Mandana, who is best known for her role in the blockbuster hit Pushpa. The film will be shot in India and Europe and is slated to release next year.
