Ashok Selvan's upcoming film Nitham Oru Vaanam (which roughly translates to 'A new sky every day') probably gets its title from the lovely Thiruda Thiruda (1993) number 'Putham Pudhu Bhoomi', where singers Mano and KS Chitra often croon the lines "Putham puthu bhoomi vendum. Niththam oru vannam vendum." The film's teaser, which was released on Friday, makes the meaning of its title immediately clear.
The minute-long teaser sleekly encapsulates the core of the film with various montages and minimal dialogue. Arjun (played by Selvan) is a young man, who goes through various stages in life. And along the way, he meets three women (Ritu Varma, Aparna Balamurali and Shivatmika Rajshekar) who change his life.
The teaser also features the Oh My Kadavule (2020) actor in three different looks and three different emotional spaces. He's the angry young man protype in one, an unassuming bespectacled man in another, and a mustachioed groom in the third.

Directed by Ra Karthik, the Viacom18 Studios production is set to hit the theatres in November later this year.
