Raththam Teaser Talk: Vijay Antony Fights Back When Life Deals Him A Bad Hand

"Most of us want to live a simple life," narrates Venkat Prabhu as the images of Vijay Antony (A horserider) spending his happy days with his family play out in the teaser of CS Amudhan's Raththam. "But not all of us always get to lead that peaceful life," comments Vetri Maaran who further adds that a minute can change our life; our food, lifestyle, language, religion and other identities can be used as our enemies.

When such an incident turns Vijay Antony's life upside down, he takes matters into his own hands. "We don't write who gets to live a peaceful life," laments Vetri Maaran, but "We don't have to follow the rules written by someone else," argues Pa Ranjith.

"We have to struggle to even lead an ordinary life but that struggle has the power to change the history of even the entire world." As the directors' voice-overs play in the background, Vijay Antony struggles to solve his problems and lead a normal life. Is he creating history?
