Virata Parvam explores a Naxalite story, based on the true events of the 1990s. Sai Pallavi plays Vennela and Rana Daggubati plays Ravanna, a Naxalite leader. The Naxals, who believe in socialism, help and save the village people.
Vennela admires the writing of Aranya, which is the pen name of Ravanna. So when she discovers the writer she long admired, she tries to become a part of his world by joining the Naxalites. The trailer then shifts to full-on action mode, giving us glimpses of the war. The trailer ends with Sai Pallavi saying, "My name is Vennela and this is my story."
Set against the backdrop of the Naxalite movement, the film takes you through an intense action-thriller through the story of Vennela and how far she goes for love.
