Vijay looks Menacing In The New Poster for Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Leo

Lokesh Kanagaraj is gearing up for his next release, the actioner Leo (2023), which stars Vijay in the lead role. The film is all set for release next month and the team has kick started the promotional campaign with the poster releases for the film in various languages like Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. The new poster released by the team features Vijay in action in a furnace with a spark filled wheel of fire in the foreground. The poster features the tagline, 'Keep Calm and Prepare for Battle'.

The new poster feels more like an extension of the title announcement video released by the team which showed Vijay preparing for an all out war. The team had also revealed earlier posters featuring the actor enclosed within the trigger guard of an old school gun, as a reference to the protagonist who is caught between the bad side with nowhere to go. The tagline read, 'Keep Calm and Plot Your Escape'.

The second poster featured Vijay running along an isolated snowy terrain in the middle of nowhere superimposed on an enlarged image of Vijay in the foreground with the caption, 'Keep Calm and Avoid the Battle'. The film stars Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja among others in the supporting cast.

The music is being composed by Anirudh Ravichandar whereas Philomin Raj handles the film's editing. Leo is produced by Seven Screen Studios. The film has been scheduled to be released on October 19.
